Who We Are

Vagal Reset Holistic Wellness was founded in 2024 as a safe haven for healing to help amplify connectivity within ourselves and with the world around us. Our organization’s foundational pillars are mental health, holistic wellness, environmental ecology, and community. We believe that having and sustaining a healthy mind does not solely happen in a traditional mental health therapy setting, but is complex and interconnected with many different things in everyday life. This includes intentionality in the way we lead our lives and how we take care of ourselves.

It's true that many providers who have sought a profession in the helping field have been through their own hardships that have inspired the work they do. Many of us have transformative gifts that are integral tools we utilize in relationship with you, such as empathy, high emotional intelligence, attunement, and clairvoyance. Just like you, each of our providers are unique individuals with different personalities, knowledge, and strengths. We honor and celebrate those differences because it's important for our providers to be authentically themselves and the value it brings to the therapeutic relationship.

We are a team of professionals dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey and helping you build a life you feel great about. And we strive to offer you exceptional services, aim to lead by example, help you do the work, and will collaborate with you to meet you right where you're at!
